Invited by St Cross College, University of London’s World Music Series this year, renowned musicians Cheng Yu and Zongpu Lu will perform as the Silk & Bamboo Duo for the evening concert with a programme that celebrates traditional and regional Chinese music.

Cheng Yu who plays the pipa (four-stringed lute) and guqin (seven-stringed zither).
and Zongpu Lu who plays the dizi (transverse) and xiao (vertical) flutes.
